Neighborhood Service Organization is a Detroit based health and human service agency serving people with developmental and intellectual disabilities including autism, older adults, and adults experiencing homelessness in Wayne and Oakland counties. Its programs include Life Choices, Community Outreach for Psychiatric Emergencies, housing and homeless services, neighborhood wellness centers, medical respite, older adult services, and the Starshine Theater Workshop.
