One of Michigan’s ten Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans, managing the Medicaid specialty behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability benefit for Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, Washtenaw Counties. It contracts with the Community Mental Health Services Programs in its region, which are the place a family actually applies.
