Xceptional Heroes
Xceptional Heroes is a community-based organization in the Flint and Genesee County area serving people age 16 and older with cognitive disabilities, including autism and Asperger's syndrome. It offers inclusive social, recreational and life-skills activities such as bowling nights and ball games, along with a program space called The HUB. Its stated aim is to promote independence, wellness, dignity and connection for young adults after the school years.
