Deaf Performing Artist Network
The Deaf Performing Artist Network is a deaf-led, signing-centric nonprofit multimedia production company in Ferndale that builds access to mainstream media for deaf and hard of hearing audiences through American Sign Language and closed captioning. It produces ASL captions and transcripts, ASL dubbing of television, film and music, ASL-centric voiceover and audio work, and ASL data collection for sign language technology. Its DPAN.TV channel carries ASL versions of programs produced with partners such as PBS.
