Extended Grace
Operates the Momentum Center, a social and recreational program for people with mental illness, addictions and disabilities, with locations in Grand Haven and Holland. Members join through a membership application and take part in activities, affinity and support groups and a cafe, and the organization also addresses the social determinants of mental health through community conversations and cultural immersion experiences.
