Michigan Federated Chapters of the Council for Exceptional Children
The Michigan Council for Exceptional Children is the state unit of the Council for Exceptional Children. It provides professional development, support and advocacy for children and youth with disabilities, their families, and the special and general educators who teach them, along with conferences, scholarships and a resource library.
