Rising Kites
Rising Kites brings encouragement, resources and support to families and individuals in the Down syndrome community. It runs a bag program that sends a free bag to families on request, and publishes family, state, national, international and medical provider resource guides. It also operates coffee and flower programs and hosts community connection efforts.
