Self-advocates Becoming Empowered
A nationwide self-advocacy organization run by and for people with disabilities, based in Lansing. People with lived experience come together to advocate and educate on the issues that matter to them, working for equal treatment, the same rights, choices and responsibilities as other people, an end to institutions in favor of community integration, and affordable accessible housing.
