#TalkingAAC works to expand the use of augmentative and alternative communication, the ways people communicate when they cannot speak or their speech does not meet their needs. Based in Holt, it holds an annual AAC conference for people who use AAC, families and professionals, along with vendor and community connection opportunities. Its stated position is that communication is a human right rather than a privilege.
