Faris Care
Faris Care provides Integrated Community Supports, a 245D licensed service for adults 18 and older on the BI, CAC, CADI, or DD waivers, including adults with mental health or behavioral needs living at home or in foster care. The state lists it as a Minnesota 245D licensed provider for in-home and community living supports, respite, homemaker services, and night supervision.
