Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is a community mental health center serving five rural counties in southeast Minnesota. Adult services include adult rehabilitative mental health services, housing services, peer support networks, psychological evaluations, targeted case management and therapy, and youth and family services include therapy, school linked behavioral health and case management, alongside mobile crisis services.
