Metropolitan Community Services
Metropolitan Community Services is a Hopkins nonprofit that provides health and social services to older adults and people with disabilities across the seven county Twin Cities metro. Services include 245D home and community based services, personal care assistance and CFSS, homemaking, chore services, waivered and non-emergency medical transportation, CFSS consultation, housing stabilization services and MNsure application assistance.
