Reach for Resources provides disability and mental health services that support community inclusion and independence in the west metro. Programs include adaptive recreation and inclusion, music therapy, adult rehabilitative mental health services, employment services, in home supports, mental health and waiver case management, therapy, family strengthening and the Reach in Motion transportation service.
