Woodland Centers provides mental health, substance use and crisis services across seven Minnesota counties. Adult services include assertive community treatment, crisis stabilization, supportive housing, a drop-in center, peer support specialists, day treatment, therapy and medication, and youth services include crisis stabilization, therapy, day treatment, home based and school based services.
