Jacks Basket
Jack's Basket sends baskets filled with encouragement and resources to families celebrating the birth of a baby with Down syndrome, and it takes requests from families after either a prenatal or a birth diagnosis. It also trains medical providers on how to deliver a Down syndrome diagnosis and publishes resources and parent stories for families who are new to the diagnosis.
