Lake County Developmental Achievement Center in Two Harbors has provided program services for more than 55 years to people with developmental disabilities or related conditions. Its stated goal is to support each individual to achieve the highest level of independence. It is a nonprofit supported by local donations along with county, state, and foundation funding.
