Lifeworks has partnered with people with disabilities in the Twin Cities area since 1965 to increase opportunity and access in the community. Its services include day support, employment services, in-home supports such as Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) and Consumer-Directed Community Supports (CDCS), 245D basic services, and free navigation help. It also provides disability inclusion training and consulting.
