Northeast Independent Living Services
NorthEast Independent Living Services in Hannibal works to enhance the rights and independence of people with disabilities in northeast Missouri so they can participate in their communities and live self determined lives. Core services include peer support, independent living skills training, advocacy, information and referral, nursing home transition and youth transition, along with home care services, a medical equipment recycle program and an assistive technology demonstration site.
