Tri-county Center for Independent Living
Tri-County Center for Independent Living helps people with disabilities in Phelps, Pulaski and Laclede counties reach their goals and live more independently. It provides in-home support including housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing and hygiene assistance and transportation, and offers Medicaid consumer directed services in which people can hire the person of their choice.
