Cape Girardeau Community Sheltered Workshop, which does business as VIP Industries, provides employment and vocational training for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with residential and supported living arrangements, day habilitation, recreation, transition services and advocacy. Founded in 1967, it works with affiliate programs that offer group home and individualized supported living options.
