Horizon Housing Development Company

Its programs include single room occupancy units at the Peter and Paul Community Center for people with developmental disabilities moving from shelter into housing, and Hyde Park 811 Housing Corporation, which offers 15 one-bedroom subsidized apartments for people who are homeless and have a developmental disability.
