American Service Dog Association
American Service Dog Association trains and places service dogs with veterans who have PTSD, traumatic brain injury and physical disabilities. The dogs perform tasks such as alerting to anxiety, assisting with transitions in public, retrieving dropped items and operating cabinets and automatic door buttons, and the organization provides ongoing support to service dog teams.
