The Arc of Clay & Platte Counties is an all-volunteer membership chapter of The Arc of the United States that works to improve the quality of life of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and the professionals who work with them in Clay and Platte Counties. It runs programs and thrift stores and can be reached by phone or email at its Gladstone office.
