Rising Hope Farms
Rising Hope Farms is a faith-based therapeutic horseback riding program in Claremont serving people with special needs in its community. Riding sessions are provided at no cost to families, supported by volunteers, and the farm reports more than 12,000 rider hours over 20 years of operation.
