Region I Office of Human Development provides residential, community and vocational services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the Nebraska Panhandle. It has served the region since 1973 from an administrative office in Scottsbluff with service locations in Chadron, Alliance, Scottsbluff and Sidney.
