Lakes Region Community Services Council
Lakes Region Community Services is one of the ten area agencies designated by the State of New Hampshire to serve people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders and their families in Belknap and southern Grafton counties. Services for children include family centered early supports and services, in home supports and school to community based transition services. Adult services include employment services, self directed services, shared family living, elder services, case management and resource coordination, and it runs a Family Resource Center with parent education.
