Heat Holistic Lifestyle Program
The Heat Holistic Lifestyle Program supports people with developmental and mental health disabilities and offers support coordination, behavioral support and community-based support, with separate adult and youth service lines and a telehealth option. It says its focus is on growth across emotional, social, physical and cognitive areas and on greater independence. The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities has listed it as a Medicaid and DDD approved support coordination agency since July 2015, serving Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland and three other counties.
