Adams Support Coordination provides support coordination for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in southern New Jersey, helping them reach state plan services such as medical, social and recreational supports and building a person-centered Individual Service Plan. It also lists referral services. The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities has listed it as a Medicaid and DDD approved support coordination agency since September 2018, serving Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May and eight other counties.
