Shore Direct Care
Shore Direct Care is a support coordination and community based and individual supports agency for adults with developmental disabilities, working with the New Jersey Supports Program and Community Care Program and, separately, with the adult autism waiver in Pennsylvania. Its website says it serves all New Jersey counties and notes Spanish-speaking staff. The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities has listed it as a Medicaid and DDD approved support coordination agency since October 2015, serving Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Camden and sixteen other counties.
