Autism Healthcare Collaborative
The Autism Healthcare Collaborative works on the medical and psychosocial stabilization of children with autism and their families, so they function better at home, in school, and in the community. Its Autism Think Tank brings senior specialists from several disciplines together to review complicated cases and chart a treatment course based on family concerns, and it runs clinical care navigation, College Life Mentoring, Bridges to Transition, parent wellness workshops, and family outreach.
