Avenues to Independent Living
Avenues to Independent Living lists support coordination among its services, along with supported employment, pre-employment transition services for students, an activity program called Streets to Success, and events and resources for clients and their families. The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities has listed it as a Medicaid and DDD approved support coordination agency since June 2013, serving Bergen, Cape May, Essex, Hudson and eleven other counties.
