Capitol County Childrens Collaborative
Capitol County Children's Collaborative provides free care management for Mercer County families raising children with mental health, behavioral, developmental and intellectual disabilities. It works with families through a wraparound care model, assigning a care manager and connecting families to providers, schools and community resources, and it maintains a resource network for the county.
