San Juan Center for Independence is a community based center for independent living in Farmington that was established by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Its services include independent living skills, advocacy, information and referral, peer support, personal care, nursing home transitions and youth transitions, with the goal of maximizing independent living choices.
