ARCA has served people with intellectual, developmental and cognitive disabilities in Albuquerque for 70 years and reports providing services to more than 550 children and adults. Its programs include family living, supported living, an ICF/IID called InterCare, customized in home support, community supports, community integrated employment, personal care, respite, foster care, the SMART Living program, NeuRoadsNM and a program for people with Prader-Willi syndrome. It also runs ARCA Janitorial Services and La Paloma Greenhouse as work settings.
