Nevada Senior Services supports older adults and people with disabilities in Las Vegas who want to remain independent in the community and avoid institutionalization. It provides adult day services, in home services, a Hospital 2 Home transitional care program, RAMP home modifications, occupational therapy, activities and nutrition support, along with resources and education for caregivers.
