CP Nassau
United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, known as CP Nassau, provides services for children and adults with cerebral palsy, other severe disabilities and multiple service needs. Programs include the Children's Learning Center, MOVE, medical, therapeutic and rehabilitation services, adult day programs, residential life services, community habilitation and the Nassau Thunderbolts sports program.
