Constructive Partnerships Unlimited, formally United Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New York City, the Hudson Valley and the Bronx. Programs include residential services, emergency housing, day habilitation and vocational services, Article 16 and rehabilitation services, MOVE, OPWDD housing subsidy and ISS services, community habilitation, adult education, early intervention, family support, wheelchair repair and cleaning, and CP Transport.
