ADAPT Community Network, formerly United Cerebral Palsy of New York City, creates opportunities for people with disabilities to lead independent lives. It provides adult day services, early childhood education and school age programs, children's care management, employment services, family support, community habilitation, respite, residential and housing assistance, healthcare clinics, recreation and a technology program including a Smart Living Center. It also offers a home modification program and supports for older adults.
