Concepts of Independence INC
Concepts of Independence is a nonprofit whose only purpose is to administer the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program in New York State, serving people with significant disabilities who receive personal care assistance. It helps consumers, their personal assistants and their families navigate CDPAP, with support offered in multiple languages.
