Early Childhood Education Center
The Early Childhood Education Center is a nonprofit preschool serving children with disabilities from age three to five, alongside early learning experiences for typically developing children. It provides educational, therapeutic and family services, builds assistive technology and adapted communication into its classrooms, and runs self-contained and integrated classrooms in Albany, Schenectady and Troy at no charge to families.
