Meaningful NY Initiatives for People With Disabilities is a New York State authorized provider of home and community based waiver services that helps people with developmental disabilities self-direct their supports and succeed in employment. As a fiscal intermediary it works with individuals and their families on the administrative and billing side of self-direction, serving the five New York City boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and the lower and mid-Hudson regions.
