CLI, which stands for Community, Life and Innovation, is a nonprofit in Norwalk whose mission is to increase the earnings, status and quality of life of people with developmental disabilities. It provides community employment supports, vocational habilitation, non-vocational and therapeutic CLIMB services, occupational therapy, transitional youth services and resources for parents, and operates work programs including document destruction, assembly, packaging and recycling.
