Ohio Valley Voices teaches children who are deaf or hard of hearing to listen and talk, describing itself as an early intervention program that builds listening and spoken language skills. It runs a Family Center, Exploring Center, Discovery Center and Learning Center along with early and extended day programs, summer programs and outreach services. It also operates an audiology clinic, and publishes information on tuition and financial assistance.
