PLAN of Southwest Ohio helps families care for loved ones with disabilities across their lifetimes. It works with families to develop long-term care plans, to find a way to fund those plans, and then carries the plan out as a family surrogate. It also offers recreation activities and cognitive enhancement therapy, and is funded through donations and fees for service.
