Community Habilitation Services Incorporated
Community Habilitation Services is a nonprofit community based residential care facility and adult day service for people with developmental disabilities, serving Summit County since 1982. It supports more than 20 individuals across five locally owned and operated facilities with more than 40 staff in Northeast Ohio. Its site also lists the University of Individuality and a youth program.
