Deaf World Against Violence Everywhere
DWAVE, Deaf World Against Violence Everywhere, is a Deaf-run organization serving Ohio's Deaf, DeafBlind, Deaf Disabled and hard of hearing communities. It has provided culturally affirmative advocacy and education for 20 years, responding to oppression and to relationship and sexual violence. Advocates are available 24/7, and the organization offers appointments, safety planning resources, trainings and educational videos.
