Disability Foundation INC
The Disability Foundation, an affiliate of The Dayton Foundation, provides benefits to people with disabilities by making distributions that do not jeopardize their entitlements. It administers pooled special needs trusts and explains the types of special needs trusts and how to establish one, so that a person with a disability can be financially secure without losing asset-capped public benefits such as Medicaid. It works with families, attorneys and advisors, and agencies, and also makes grants to nonprofits.
