Down Syndrome Association of Thevalley
The Down Syndrome Association of the Valley provides support, resources, advocacy, and education for people with Down syndrome and their families, and operates a Regional Down Syndrome Center for Success in Boardman. Programs include support for new and expectant parents, Play and Connect, fitness programs, DSAV Cooks, the Improvaneer Method, an iCan Shine bike camp, and a parent and caregiver support group. The association also represents the needs of people with Down syndrome to preserve rights and support independence and community participation.
