Sight-hearing Encouragement Program
The Sight-Hearing Encouragement Program supports people who are deaf, blind or deafblind in Oklahoma. It runs a Support Service Provider program, SHEP-Herd clubs, an Oklahoma DeafBlind Camp, community resources and a training program for first responders.
