Full Access assists people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Eugene area to pursue a quality of life consistent with their own preferences and choices. It coordinates services for clients, maintains a client advisory council, and supports the providers who work with them. It also hosts community events such as the Sprout Film Festival.
